A brilliant full day's descent starting on the mountain plateaux and finishing near sea-level.

The terrain in the hills above Kaş is superb mountain bike territory. Join us on our innovative mountain bike adventures, often with breath-taking views over the coast.

The route involves some climbing, but is generally downhill, as we start in the hills and finish in Kaş.

After breakfast, we are transported (1 hour) with our vehicle to the mountain plateau (yayla) way above the town of Kaş (1200m).

From there we cycle across the plain below the Nine Lake Mountains. Later we descend through remote villages with sweeping views across valleys and occasional mountain vista.

Our 1000m descent takes us all the way back into Kaş.

Our routes are a mixture of little used asphalt roads and backwater rough roads.

The scenery is spectacular, mountain valleys, streams, canyons, unknown ancient cities and authentic mountain villages.

Our one-day descents usually come from the mountains back to stunning views of the Mediterranean coast.

A fun and exhilarating day out, and most of it downhill!
